Sanesra3D is an in-house 3D printing service operated at www.sanesra3d.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and safeguard your information when you visit our website, request a quote, upload a file or place an order.
It applies only to activity on this website. It does not cover any information you share with us offline or through channels we do not operate.

By using Sanesra3D you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Information we collect
We only ask for what we actually need to quote and produce your parts. The categories are:
- Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, company, shipping and billing address.
- Order details — the parts you configure, materials, quantities, notes and delivery preferences.
- CAD files you upload for quoting or production.
- Payment information — processed by our payment providers; we never store your full card number on our servers.
- Support messages — anything you send us by email, contact form or attachments.

The reason each field is collected is made clear at the point we ask for it.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate quotes, produce parts and fulfil your orders;
- Communicate with you about your quotes, orders and support requests;
- Operate, maintain and improve our website and printing service;
- Understand how the site is used so we can make it better;
- Send service updates and, if you opt in, occasional marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time;
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
- Comply with our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
Your CAD files
The 3D files you upload remain your property. We use them only to prepare your quote and produce your parts. We do not sell them, license them, or share them with anyone outside our production team.
Log files
Like most websites, Sanesra3D automatically records standard log data when you visit — IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, timestamps and click activity. This information is not linked to your identity. We use it to analyse traffic, administer the site and understand general usage trends.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, understand how the site is used and improve your experience. Essential cookies are required for the site to work; analytics and marketing cookies are optional and you can control them from your browser settings at any time.
Disabling non-essential cookies will not stop you from ordering parts.
Service providers we use
