When these terms apply
These Terms of Use govern every interaction you have with Sanesra3D — free previews, quotes, uploads, downloads and completed print orders alike. They apply whether or not a fee is charged, and whether or not the interaction ends in a finished part.
You must be an adult
You need to be of legal age under the laws of your country to use Sanesra3D and to enter into a contract with us. If you are not, please do not use the service.
Act within the law
You may not use Sanesra3D to order, produce, or ship anything that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours — including weapons, restricted goods, counterfeit items, or parts intended to harm others.
You may not use Sanesra3D if you are — or if you act on behalf of — a person or entity listed as sanctioned, prohibited or restricted under applicable national or international law.
We work in good faith — and expect the same from you
You are responsible for the files you upload, the parts you order, and the way you intend to use them. By using Sanesra3D you confirm that doing so does not break the law and does not infringe anyone else's rights — in particular intellectual property, copyright or proprietary rights. We will not print a model if we have reasonable grounds to believe it violates someone else's rights.
Fairness — and what happens when it is broken
We reserve the right to take any reasonable measure to protect our service, our team and our customers. That may include suspending accounts, refusing orders, cancelling contracts and reporting misconduct to the competent authorities. Situations that can trigger these measures include:
- Breaking applicable laws or regulations, or violating these Terms;
- Infringing the rights of a third party;
- Materially harming our legitimate interests;
- Abusive, threatening or dishonest conduct toward our team or other customers.
Your files stay yours
The CAD files, models and designs you upload remain your property. We do not claim any ownership of them. We use them only to prepare your quote, print your parts, and fulfil your order. We do not sell, license or share them with anyone outside our team.
We respect your privacy
Anything private you share with Sanesra3D stays private. We will not disclose it to others without your consent, and we protect your personal information in line with applicable data-protection law.
Quotes, orders & payment
Prices are shown at checkout and confirmed once you place an order. An order is binding after payment is received — production starts from that point. Quotes generated by our instant pricing tool are valid for a limited time and may be adjusted if the file, material or quantity changes before an order is placed.
Who is responsible for what
You provide the CAD file, the specification and the intended use. Only you know what the part is for. That means the model, its fitness for purpose, and the choices you make around it are your responsibility — including:
- The dimensions, geometry and tolerances defined in your file;
- Selecting the material, finish and printing technology;
- Confirming the part is suitable for its intended use.
Our responsibility is the production: printing your part on our machines, to the agreed material and settings, at the quality level we advertise.
Print quality & tolerances
Every 3D printing technology has physical limits — layer lines, surface texture, minimum wall thickness and dimensional tolerances vary by material and process. We produce your parts to the standard tolerances published for each material on our site. Parts that fall within those tolerances are considered compliant, even if they are not dimensionally perfect. If a part arrives outside our stated tolerances or with a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will reprint or refund it.
Shipping & delivery
We ship parts using trusted couriers. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates — we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates once a package is with the courier. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the courier, but we will help resolve lost or damaged shipments in good faith. Customs, duties and import taxes on international deliveries are your responsibility.
We are not your storage — keep your own copies
Sanesra3D is not a backup or archival service. We keep your files only as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our record-keeping obligations. We do not accept liability if uploaded content is later removed or deleted. Please keep your own copies of any file you upload.
