Why SLA

Same CAD file.
Different finish.

If your part has surface detail, thin walls, or text you actually need to read, stereolithography is the right call. Here's how the same model looks in each process.

What SLA is actually built for.

Where 50 µm layers and photocured detail win over filament, machining, or moulding — with real customer examples from our fleet.

Built on trust

Precision you can verify, on every part.

Every SLA order ships with a dimensional QA report, a signed NDA on request, and traceable resin batches. No surprises — just parts that measure exactly like your CAD.

SLA 3D Printing Questions

Frequently Asked
Questions

Got questions about SLA resin printing? We’ve got answers. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Standard is 50µm for a clean balance of speed and detail. We drop to 25µm for jewelry masters, dental work and miniatures where surface stepping matters. 100µm is available for large form studies where cost beats finish.
Standard Grey, Clear V4, Tough 1500, Elastic 50A, High-Temp 300, BioMed Amber (USP Class VI) and Castable Wax 40. Non-stock resins can be ordered in for production runs — ask us.
218 × 123 × 260 mm per part on our Saturn 4 Ultra bay. Larger parts are split, printed and bonded seamlessly — we handle the split lines so bond seams stay invisible.
Standard lead time is 2–3 working days from file approval. Rush service (24–48 h) is available for most standard resins.
Every part is IPA-washed, UV-cured and support-marks sanded as standard.
Standard resin is stiff but brittle. Tough 1500 handles snap-fits and light impact. For high-load or repeated stress, we’ll recommend FDM in PETG or nylon-CF instead. Honest advice, not upsell.
Minimum wall 0.1 mm, minimum unsupported feature 0.6 mm, drain holes on hollow parts (5 mm+), and avoid trapped volumes. We DFM-check every file and flag issues before we print — free.
Yes — a mutual NDA is signed before your STL leaves the inbox. Files are held on encrypted EU storage, purged 30 days after your project ships unless you ask us to keep them for reprints.
If a part misses stated tolerance or has a surface defect, we reprint it at our cost. Every batch ships with a dimensional QA report so you see the numbers, not just our word.
